- Harken 1 & 2 - $1,800 daily - 1400 sq. ft
- Harken 3 & 4 - $1,800 daily - 1375 sq. ft
- Harken 1 - 3 - $2,100 daily - 2100 sq. ft
- Harken 1 - 4 - $2,500 daily - 2800 sq. ft
- Laufman - $1100 daily - 800 sq. ft
- Greatbatch - $1100 daily - 800 sq. ft
- Laufman & Greatbatch - $1,800.00 daily -1600 sq. ft
Rental rates include room set up, inhouse AV equipment and onsite technical support.
Rental rates are flexible with discounts offered for non-profit and multi day meetings.
The following AV Equipment is built into each room and included in the rental fee:
- Lectern with gooseneck microphone, HDMI output and wireless keyboard
- Shure wireless handheld and lapel microphones
- Shure ceiling microphones
- Ceiling mounted LCD projectors & screens
- Wall mounted 90” LCD monitors
- In room audio conferencing system
- Tables with built in power supplies
- Wireless internet
