AAMI's Mentorship Program
The AAMI mentorship program pairs AAMI members who are looking for guidance in particular interest areas with those who have expertise on a variety of health technology topics. The goals of the program are to help protégés develop the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed and grow in the health technology field; to provide a venue for them to discuss issues or concerns that are unique to health technology professionals; and to encourage long-term career planning.
Mentors and their protégés generally spend about an hour or two a month meeting in person, over the phone, or via e-mail, but the number and duration of meetings can vary depending on what works best for the pairing.
Pairs are matched on a quarterly basis, but applications are accepted year round. Apply at the links below by October 15, 2023 to be matched by November 3, 2023. After October 15, your application will be held until an early new year match time frame.
