HTM Leadership Summit

A summit to connect senior HTM professionals with new and emerging leaders to discuss important issues affecting HTM programs and share best practices.

This gathering brings together experienced HTM leaders, who are involved in the day-to-day operations of an HTM Department, to help groom new/emerging HTM leaders by discussing their challenges and providing recommended solutions to those challenges.

The HTM Leadership Summit is a half-day meeting which seeks to nurture leadership skills among HTM professionals and to advance the professional interests of HTM managers and up-and-coming HTM leaders. It’s critical that emerging leaders are mentored by the more seasoned managers and given the opportunity for growth and training. AAMI is committed to fostering these professionals.

This meeting will be limited to 40 HTM professionals—evenly split between new and emerging HTM leaders and more senior HTM leaders who are actively involved in the day-to-day operations of an HTM Department.
