A: You can log into the new AAMI Committee Central here. We recommend that you bookmark this page.

Q: What are my login credentials?

A: As with the old AAMI Committee Central, your username will be the email associated with your account and your password will be the password you set. If you cannot recall your password, please use the password reset option on the log in page.

Q: How do I know which platform my group is on?

A: This web page here will show which site your committee or working group is on. The page will be updated as the transition progresses.

Voting & Comments

Q: How do I access my ballots?

A: We have a few resources that you can refer to for instruction: there is a training video available on the landing page when you log into your new AAMI Committee Central account, there is a training video available here on our training web page, and there are instructions in this(hyperlink) training document.

Q: How do I cast or change a vote?

A: Comprehensive instruction on how to cast a vote can be found in the training video on the landing page when you log into the new AAMI Committee Central, the video is also available here, and there is information in this training document.

Q: Why can’t I vote on an open ballot?

A: It may be the case that another voter from your company or organization has already voted. Please check with them. If nobody from your organization has voted, please reach out to the AAMI Standards staff liaison for your group.

Q: How do I work on the Voter Comments Spreadsheet?

A: You must download the spreadsheet, work on it offline, then upload it when you are ready. More information on this can be found in the training video on the landing page when you log into the new AAMI Committee Central, the video is also available here, and there is information in this training document.

Q: If I use the spreadsheet, where do my comments go?

A: Once properly uploaded, the comments will populate into the comments fields on the voting page. IF they are not populating, it is likely that the spreadsheet was not properly filled out. More information on this can be found in the training video on the landing page when you log into the new AAMI Committee Central, the video is also available here(hyperlink), and there is information in this training document(hyperlink).

Q: How can I access comments?

A: If the ballot in question is still open, you can access your own comments by going into the voter task. If the ballot is closed, you can refer to the voter comments spreadsheet (if you uploaded one). AAMI staff admin will compile comments submitted by group members into a document after the close of the ballot. The compilation of comments will be made available to group members.

A: You will be notified by email. This notification may come from the platform your group is on (either the old AAMI Committee Central or the new AAMI Committee Central), our event registration system, or in the form of an email from the AAMI Standards staff liaison who manages the group.

Landing Page

Q: What is the Enterprise folder on my landing page?

A: The "Enterprise" Workspace is the entire organization's shared folder structure. This allows the Voters to browse to the Groups folder within the organization's shared structure. This also allows the Voters to browse to the Voters Comment Spreadsheet which is located within the Administration folder.

Q: What is the “(email) home” folder on my landing page?

A: The folder titled "(email) Home" is the Personal Workspace available for each user. The Personal Workspace allows users to store documents for their access only.

Q: Why can I not see all of the text in a window/why is the text so small?

A: This has to do with the zoom on your browser. How to change this setting will depend on your browser type. For example, in Chrome, this can be changed by going to the three vertical dots in the upper right hand corner of the page and zooming in or out.
