Q: I can log in to my AAMI Connect account, but cannot see my committees, or access any documents. What is causing that?

A: This is likely due to some synchronization issues related to our recent software transition. If this issue arises, please reach out to AAMI’s Standards Program support team at standards@aami.org and we will refresh your access.

 

Q: In the past, we used the AAMI roster manager tool to update our standards committee roster. How do I go about making changes to our organization’s representation on the standards groups?

A: Our old roster manager system has been retired due to the recent software transition. For the time being, please contact AAMI’s Standards Program support team at standards@aami.org for any AAMI Standards committee roster changes.
