AAMI HTM Association of the Year Award Application

This honor will go to an HTM Association that distinguishes itself during the year through outstanding society operations and meetings as well as a commitment to elevating the healthcare technology management (HTM) profession at the local level.

The prize consists of a local sponsored dinner for the association during AAMI HTM Week and a plaque to be presented at the AAMI Exchange.

Note: Applicants are welcome to apply for this award in consecutive years, but must submit an original application each time.

Entries for the AAMI HTM Association of the Year Award must include:

• Nominator’s cover letter that provides a statement that describes in detail the candidate association’s achievements in fulfillment of the criteria above.
• This completed AAMI HTM Association of the Year Award nomination form.
• A current roster of the candidate association’s leadership.
• Two or more letters of recommendation from the past year supporting this nomination from association members or industry partners.
