AAMI's Young Professional Award Application

This award is presented annually to a professional, under the age of 40, who exhibits exemplary professional accomplishments and a commitment to the technology management healthcare profession.

Note: Nominees may not be self-nominated for this award. Individuals may be nominated for this award in consecutive years, but must submit an original application each time.

The prize consists of a plaque to be presented at the AAMI Exchange and a $1,000 check.

Entries for the AAMI Young Professional of the Year Award must include:

• Nominator’s cover letter that provides a rationale statement describing the nominee’s exemplary professional accomplishments and dedication to the health technology profession, highlighting published work and committee involvement.
• This completed Young Professional of the Year Award nomination form.
• A current CV/Resume for the nominee
• One or more letters of recommendation from the past year supporting this nomination from supervisors, colleagues, and industry partners.
