Cancellation Policy
Written cancellation and refund requests must be received by March 13, 2026, for a full refund. Cancellations received between March 14 and April 1, 2026, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations after April 1, 2026, or for no-shows. Cancellations and refund requests must be directed to events@aami.org.
Substitution Policy
Replacement of an attendee registration and/or class by an attendee at the same company will be accepted if the written request is sent to events@aami.org by Mar 13, 2026. After Mar 17, no substitutions will be allowed. All substitution requests will be treated as full cancellations with no refund of the original registration. The new registrant must register as a new attendee.
Privacy Policy
By registering for AAMI neXus, you agree to receive material via email or mail from AAMI, conference sponsors and AAMI partners. Attendees recognize that their photograph and/or likeness may be used for promotional purposes and grant AAMI the right to use their image in promotional materials for AAMI neXus and other AAMI programs and events.
