Biography

Binseng Wang was born in Taiwan, raised in Brazil, and now lives in the U.S. No wonder he is a very confused person. To make matters worse, he studied physics, graduated in engineering, but found biomedical sciences really interesting. So he decided to become a clinical engineer!

Binseng was not smart enough to enter an Ivy-League college, so he attended a tech school in the Boston area called MIT. There he was given the title of ScD, which means Distinguished Scoundrel.

After confusing under-graduate and graduate students and antagonizing bureaucrats for more than a dozen years in Brazil, he came to the US and went to work for the National Institutes of Health (NIH). While at NIH he confused even more people by combining PET and MRI images with EEG and MEG recordings and TMS data. This project was code named “alphabet soup.”

Binseng joined ARAMARK, where he is responsible for its quality assurance and regulatory compliance program. He has been very success in confusing both employees and clients.

When he is not confusing and aggravating his American colleagues, Binseng travels around the world giving questionable advice to health authorities in developing countries, often under the auspices of the World Health Organization and the World Bank, and their counterparts in the Americas.

Don't miss the opportunity to be thoroughly confused by one of the most confused clinical engineers!
