Terry Speth is the President and founder of RSTI. His experience spans over two decades in the instruction and management of X-ray service training. His involvement in the radiological field includes the evaluation of in-house radiological service needs and providing alternatives to the manufacturers’ basic service training for in-house, distributor, shared services and interested parties.

Prior to forming RSTI, Terry managed the technical training function at Picker International. His duties included the administration and implementation of all product training, curriculum design, and the supervision of a staff of over 30 people. He also held positions as Training Supervisor, Technical Specialist and National Service Specialist at Picker and as a Systems Engineer with Harshaw Chemical and API Instruments. Terry served in the US Navy for four years as an instructor and interior communications technician.

Terry is a Certified Radiological Equipment Specialist (CRES Certification Number 172).
