• Safety of Medical Electrical Equipment and Systems

Denise is a Staff Engineer for the Health Sciences Business Unit in UL's Silicon Valley Office. With more than 20 years of product safety experience in the medical device industry, she conducts conformity assessment services, which includes evaluation, testing, certification, and reviewing other project engineers work for a wide variety of medical equipment and laboratory equipment.

In addition, Denise is an instructor for UL University. She presents public and private seminars on UL 60601-1, 2nd edition and IEC 60601-1:2005 3rd Edition.

Denise holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from University of the Pacific.
