Biography

Dale is the Technical Training Manager and is responsible for new course development, curriculum design, instruction and providing leadership to his instructor staff. He teaches basic x-ray imaging, OEM family, product-specific and mammography courses.

Prior to joining RSTI, Dale worked as Chief Technical/Operations Manager at American Telecasting; Jam Resistant Satellite Communication Maintenance/Operations for ITT Defense and as Tactical Satellite and Microwave Systems Team Chief for the US Army. Dale also has experience as a Maintenance Technician for Picker X-ray Corp.

Dale’s educational background includes The Army Maintenance Management System, NCO Academy/Primary Leadership Course/Trainers Workshop, and Basic Electronics/Tactical Microwave Systems Repair and course work at Cuyahoga Community College and Big Bend Community College.

Dale holds a CRES certification.
