Search Tips

• + Google ignores common words and characters such as "where" and "how", as well as certain single digits and single letters, because they tend to slow down your search without improving the results. If you want to include that word or number in your search, for example, Sterilization Part 1 - enter Sterilization Part +1 in the search box. Be sure to include a space before the plus sign.
• " Another way to make sure that Google searches for all words in your search is to place quotes around the 2 or more words, for example, "Sterilization Part 1".
• - To exclude a word from your search put a minus sign in front of the term you want to avoid. Again be sure to include a space before the minus sign. For example, if you are searching for sterilization documents but do not want pdfs, enter sterilization -pdf.
• OR To retrieve pages that include either word A or word B, use an uppercase OR between terms.
