The Employment Survey — conducted by Maryland-based research firm, Westat, on behalf of AAMI — was sent by mail to a random sample of AAMI members who are medical technology professionals. Those surveyed included biomedical equipment technicians, equipment specialists, BMET supervisors, clinical engineers, clinical engineer supervisors, educators, and others.
