2010 Biomedical/CE Appreciation Week Dates Announced
The fourth annual National Biomedical/Clinical Engineering Appreciation Week will take place May 23–29, 2010.
The honorary week was created by AAMI’s Technology Management Council (TMC) to recognize medical technology professionals who help acquire, service, and maintain medical equipment.
The TMC plans to offer helpful tools for biomeds to celebrate the week, including posters that clinical engineering departments can post in their facilities. During the 2009 National Biomedical/Clinical Engineering Appreciation Week, TMC members took part in radio interviews about the profession that were aired across the country.
