Refer A Colleague HHS Appoints Chief Technology Officer
Todd Park, a co-founder of Athenahealth and current board director, was appointed chief technology officer (CTO) by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, an Athenahealth news release says.
In his role as CTO, Park will be responsible for working with HHS leadership and agencies across the department on the innovative and creative use of information and technology to improve the health of Americans.
To meet requirements for government service, Park will resign from his position as a board director for Athenahealth, the release says.
