I) Corporate, Institutional, and Biomedical Association members of AAMI, in good standing, may use the Member of AAMI Logo on brochures, advertisements, exhibit displays, and in other promotional documents. Use of the logo in general circulation newspapers, magazines or media requires prior written approval of AAMI.
II) Such use by Corporate, Institutional, and Biomedical Association members is solely to denote membership in AAMI. Placement in brochures, advertisements, web pages and the like must be such that it does not suggest or imply product or service endorsement or link to any specific products or services.
III) Corporate, Institutional, and Biomedical Association members may provide an electronic link (using the Logo) from their website to www.aami.org. Any link established must transfer the viewer directly to the AAMI website, to enable viewing of the site as posted by AAMI, without the imposition of any frames, browser windows or third-party content.
IV) Users may scale/resize the Logo to suit their needs, but may not change color or design or alter the graphics in any way and may not combine with any other graphic. In every use, the integrity of the Logo must be preserved. This includes allowing the appropriate clear space around the logo. The clear space is equal to half the cap-height of the AAMI acronym.
V) The AAMI logo may not be used on any product labels, packaging, instructions, specification sheets or related materials that are affixed or specific to a product or service.
VI) AAMI reserves the right to deny or pull the use of its logo at any time for any reason.
