This new webinar series from AAMI is designed to help healthcare technology management (HTM) professionals improve their customer service skills and raise their service delivery from good or average to excellent or outstanding.

Part VI of the series will cover writing skills.  People who have no problem communicating clearly when they speak sometimes struggle to make themselves understood when they write. The ability to write clearly and concisely is a skill that often requires effort to master. Acquiring this skill gives you the tools to create effective business documents for readers who lack the time or the patience to search for essential information buried in long, rambling e-mails or reports.   After attending this webinar, it is expected that you will understand the importance of being clear in your writing, learn specific strategies to make your writing more clear, and the basic rules for email etiquette.
