Part V of the series will cover communication skills. Is your professional style passive, hesitant, and weak? Or do you find yourself acting too aggressively toward your co-workers or subordinates by being too critical and overbearing? You can learn to be an assertive professional.  After attending this webinar, it is expected that you will understand the importance of communication and its impact on your success, learn the two main components of successful communication: listening and asserting, hone your reflective listening skills, develop a greater comfort level for having difficult conversations, and understand the complexities of effectively working in a multi-age workforce.
