Part IV of the series will cover confrontations. Coworkers and customers behave confrontationally at times, but it’s your job to remain calm and professional at all times. Understanding how to diffuse a hostile situation is key to effective customer service. After attending this webinar, it is expected that you will understand the importance of identifying reasons for dissatisfaction, discover the potential results from dissatisfaction, learn how to deal with angry customers, and know what you should refrain from saying when someone is confrontational.
