Registration fees: $765 for AAMI members; $995 for nonmembers; and $485 for government employees*. (Group discounts are available - please call Chris Dinegar at 703-525-4890 ext. 210.)

There are four easy ways to register:

• Phone - Call 1-800-373-3174, to register with your credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or AMEX only).
• Mail - Click here to download the registration form (PDF). Complete the form and mail it, along with your check or credit card information, to the address on the form.
• Fax - Click here to download the registration form (PDF). Complete the form and fax it to: 301-206-9789.

* Those requesting the government-employee rate must register via mail or fax; this rate is not available online.
