• Reservations by Phone:  Call 1-888-421-1442 and tell the agent you're attending “AAMI/FDA" and that you want the "$205 conference rate." If the agent asks for the hotel, it's the "Hyatt Regency Reston, Reston, VA."
• Deadline: Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out at any time.
• Tax: Room rates are subject to 9% tax.
• Deposit/Guarantee: All rooms must be guaranteed with a credit card or with a first-night room deposit. Any cancellation must be made at least 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival, or your credit card will be charged for one night's room rental plus tax.
