Room Guarantee:
All rooms must be guaranteed with a credit card or a deposit for one night's room rate.  Any cancellation must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival, or you will be charged for one night's room rate plus tax.  Departure prior to the date you indicate at check-in will incur an early-departure fee of one night’s room rate plus tax. 

Deadline:
Reservation requests should be made as soon as possible, but no later than February 26, 2012.  Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out prior to the deadline.
