All AAMI 2013 events will be located in the Long Beach Entertainment & Convention Center, Pine Avenue at Bay Street, in Long Beach, CA

The following nearby hotels are offering discounted rates for AAMI 2013 attendees.  These rates are available only through Preferred Convention Services (see reservation instructions below).

(Note: Please be wary of any unsolicited phone calls or e-mails from companies claiming to provide AAMI 2013 housing services. AAMI’s official housing bureau does not send unsolicited communications. )

  • Hyatt Regency Long Beach (AAMI Headquarters Hotel)
    Location:  Adjacent to the convention center
    Rates: $199 single / $224 double / $25 per additional person
  • Renaissance Long Beach
    Location:  Across the street from convention center
    Rates: $199 single / $199 double / $15 per additional person
  • Westin Long Beach
    Location: Two blocks from convention center
    Rates: $199 single / $199 double / $25 per additional person
  • Residence Inn Long Beach Downtown
    Location: 1.5 miles from convention center
    (Accessible to the convention center via free Passport Shuttle, which departs hotel every 30 minutes and takes 10 minutes traveling time.)
    Rates: $159 single/double / $10 per additional person
  • Queen Mary Hotel
    Location: Two miles from convention center
    (Accessible to the convention center via free Passport Shuttle, which departs every 30 minutes and takes 15 minutes traveling time.)
    Rates: $139 single/double plus $9.95 facility fee / $20 per additional person

Rates are per night and are subject to 15.065% tax. (Tax is subject to change).  A portion of the room rate will be applied to AAMI’s cost for the convention center.

Exhibitors with 10 or more rooms:  You must complete an Exhibitor Room Block Contract if you are booking 10 or more rooms. AAMI reserves the right to cancel any exhibitor reservations that do not comply with this policy.

Room Guarantee: All rooms must be guaranteed with a credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express, or Discover) or a deposit for one night's room rate (plus 15.065% tax).  Checks made payable to "Preferred Convention Services" are accepted. 

Deadline: Reservation requests should be made as soon as possible, but no later than May 10, 2013.  Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out prior to the deadline.

Changes/Cancellations:
Any cancellation must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival or you will be charged for one night's room rate plus tax.  Departure prior to the date you indicate at check-in will incur an early-departure fee by the hotel.
