HOTEL RESERVATIONS All AAMI 2010 events will be located in the Tampa Convention Center. The following hotels are offering discounted rates for AAMI 2010 attendees. These rates are available only by following the reservation instructions below. Exhibitors booking 10 or more rooms must complete an exhibitor room block contract. AAMI reserves the right to cancel any reservations that do not comply with this policy.
Rates are per night and are subject to 12% tax. A portion of the room rate will be applied to AAMI’s cost for the Tampa Convention Center. Deadline: Reservation requests should be made as soon as possible, but no later than June 1, 2010. Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out prior to the deadline. Room Guarantee: All rooms must be guaranteed with a credit card or a deposit for one night's room rate. Any cancellation must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival, or you will be charged for one night's room rate plus tax. Departure from the Embassy Suites prior to the date you indicate at check-in will incur an early-departure fee of $75. *Fax requests: If requesting your reservation via fax, please include your name, full address, phone, fax, email, arrival date, departure date, any special requests (e.g. king bed or double beds) and an indication that you are attending “AAMI.” |
