The following hotels are offering discounted rates for AAMI 2008 attendees.  These rates are available only by following the reservation instructions below.

• Crowne Plaza San Jose - Downtown
  Location: Across the street from the convention center
  Rates: $190 single/double

• Fairmont San Jose — June 2nd is sold out. Other nights may be available.
  Location: One block from the convention center
  Rates: $169 single / $194 double
  Phone reservations: Call 800-346-5550 and say you're attending "AAMI."

• San Jose Marriott (AAMI headquarters hotel) — SOLD OUT
  Location:  Directly connected to the convention center

• Hilton San Jose — SOLD OUT
  Location:  Directly connected to the convention center
  Rates: $150 single/double
  Phone reservations: Call 408-287-2100 or 1-800-HILTONS and say you're attending "AAMI."
  

Rates are per night and are subject to 10.07% tax plus $2/night Hotel Business Improvement District (HBID) tax.  A portion of the room rate will be applied to AAMI’s cost for the San Jose McEnery Convention Center.

Deadline: Reservation requests should be made as soon as possible. Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first served basis and may sell out at any time.

Deposit: All rooms must be guaranteed with a credit card or a deposit for one night's room rate. Any cancellation must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival, or you will be charged for one night's room rental plus tax.
