Located in the Exhibit Hall, the Product Showcases are a cost-effective way to meet your buyers in a controlled, theater-like atmosphere. Demonstrate your products, answer questions and drive more traffic to your booth by reserving a show time in this exceptionally popular venue!

Each theater has seating for 40 attendees. Showcases are 20 minutes in length and are scheduled throughout the Expo hours. AAMI will provide the meeting space, carpeting, podium, LCD projector, projection screen, microphone, and sound system. You provide the presenter, any additional AV equipment, and optional refreshments.

YOUR PRODUCT SHOWCASE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING VALUE ADDS:
	Schedule listing (including company name, presentation title and times) on signage placed near entrance of the Exhibit Hall and outside the Product Showcase Theater
	Recognition through announcements made in the Exhibit Hall before each presentation.
	Your company name, the title of your showcase, and your time slot in the Product Showcase sections of the Onsite Conference Program Book and the AAMI 2008 web site.
SHOWCASE PRICE:
$450 per time slot. Time slots are exclusive and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Each exhibitor is limited to a maximum of three non-consecutive time slots.

Breakfast Symposia - SOLD

A Breakfast Symposium provides you with an opportunity to address AAMI’s attendees in a session-like setting, and to provide them with useful educational information regarding medical products, technologies, and techniques. These special symposia will be held from 7:00 – 8:15 am on Sunday, June 1, and Monday, June 2. Each time slot is reserved for only ONE symposium, and no other events are scheduled during these times.

AAMI will provide the room, classroom style seating for 200 attendees, projection screen, LCD projector, podium, wired lavaliere microphone, and head table for four. All you need to provide are the presenter(s) and catering for breakfast. (If you need any additional AV equipment, you can rent it from the official conference vendor.)

CRITERIA:
	All symposia must be educational in content.
	All topics must be approved by AAMI. A short (50-word max) synopsis describing your symposium will be required.
	All printed brochures and advertising regarding symposium must be approved by AAMI in advance.
	Admission must be open to all AAMI attendees.
	No additional fee may be charged to AAMI registrants to attend the symposium.
	Breakfast must be served during the symposium, and arranged and paid for by the presenting company through the San Jose McEnery Convention Center catering.
BENEFITS:
	Symposium title and description listed on AAMI’s conference web site and in Onsite Conference Program Book.
	Pre-registration list of AAMI attendees, in Excel format, to be provided three weeks prior to the conference, for use in promoting your symposium.
	There is a limit of one symposium per day so you receive the maximum exposure for your session.
SYMPOSIUM PRICE:
$2,500 per symposium. Time slots are exclusive and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
