All AAMI 2012 events will be located in the Charlotte Convention Center.
The following nearby hotels are offering discounted rates for AAMI 2012 attendees.

  Location: 2.5 blocks from Convention Center
  Rate: $189/night

Rates are per night and are subject to 15.25% tax. (Tax is subject to change).  A portion of the room rate will be applied to AAMI’s cost for the convention center.
Room Guarantee: All rooms must be guaranteed with a credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover) or a deposit for one night's room rate (plus 15.25% sales tax). 
Deadline: Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out at any time.

Changes/Cancellations: For changes/cancellations, please contact your hotel directly. Any cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival or you will be charged for one night's room rate plus tax.  Departure prior to the date you indicate at check-in will incur an early-departure fee of $50.
