Safety Issues:
- Multiple, overlapping problems with multiple infusions leading to medication error.
- Infusions are not administered to the patient in a way that is timely and as per clinical intent.
Work Item Expectation:
- Liaise with Health Technologies Safety Research Team
- Scope the problem definition
- Determine existing and possible mitigating strategies
- Communicate results through clearinghouse
