Without clear, complete, open information, we are unsure about the true root cause and frequency of safety issues.
Work Item Expectation
- Perform comparative analysis across different databases of device reports. Create a revised infusion pump report with the updated data.
- Reach out to PSOs to better understand individual and aggregate reporting requirements & pros/cons.
- Create a set of requirements for a more ideal reporting system. Determine the appropriate organization to aggregate information.
