- A printed
handbook is available from PCTNY by filling out the Application
and Handbook Request Form. Visit their web site at http://ptcny.com/clients/ICC/ICC.html and scroll down to the Application Request areas. There is a 'send
via email' button for each certification type (CBET, CRES, CLES).
- A printed
