Question 1) I already have a login for AAMI. Do I need to create another?
Answer
Yes. You need to create a login for the AAMI Career Center. This can be the same login you use elsewhere on AAMI's website. If you forget a login that you created, go to question 7.

Question 2) I have created an account, but I am unable to view resumes.
Answer
In order to access resumes, employers must have posted a job in the Career Center in the last 60 days. If you have posted a job within the last 60 days but still cannot view resumes, contact Barbara Saxton bsaxton@aami.org.

Question 3) I have posted a job but it has a status of pending and it is not listed on the Career Center.
Answer
Each job posted to the Career Center is reviewed for content and payment is processed before it is made live. Processing is completed in one business day.

Question 4) May I edit my job listing?
Answer
Absolutely. Login to your account and select the edit button to the right of your job title. Once you have saved your edits, they will be visible immediately.

Question 5) How do I renew my job listing?
Answer
To renew your job listing, login to your account. Your listing will appear. Click on the renew button on the right.

Question 6) I have filled the position. How can I remove it from the Career Center?
Answer
Login to your account. To the left of the job title you wish to remove is a field called visible. Simply click in the check box. This will deactivate this job listing.

Question 7)
I forgot the password for my account. Do I have to start over?
Answer
Not a problem. When you see the box to login to your account, click on "Forgot your password?". We will be happy to send your login and password information to you. Just enter your e-mail address and it will be on its way.

Question 8) What are the job posting rates?
Answer
  • AAMI Members pay $150 for a job listing to be posted for 30 days. If you post other jobs on the same day, those listings are $75. To renew a job posting for an additional 30 days is $75.
  • Non-members pay $300 for a job listing. If you post other jobs on the same day, those listings are $150. To renew a job posting for an additional 30 days is $150.

Question 9) What credit cards are accepted by AAMI?
Answer
AAMI accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

Question 10) Does AAMI offer package rates for job postings?
Answer
Yes. If you are interested in posting a number of jobs during the year, there are package rates available. For more information, 703-525-4890 ext. 227 or send an e-mail to the Career Center.

Question 11) May I use a Purchase Order to Post a Job?
Answer
Yes. If you are interested in paying for your posting with a purchase order, you must e-mail us at the Career Center or call 703-525-4890 ext. 227 and we will help you to post the job.
