AAMI Technical Committee Award Guidelines

Guidelines for Nominations

Interested committees and working groups are encouraged to prepare and submit a report to AAMI using the following outline. At least one of the documents forming the basis of the nomination must have been approved in the previous 12 months to the date the nomination is submitted. Contact committee staff representatives as needed for assistance with rosters, voting records, etc.

Nominations may be based on a single document or on a body of work by the committee; at least one of the documents must have been approved in the previous 12 months to the date the nomination is submitted.

Technical Documents List the final technical document(s), including standards, recommended practices and technical information reports that are the basis for the nomination. For each document listed, include:

Please sign and date the report and include your name, address, phone and e-mail address in the event the selection committee wishes to contact you with questions about your submission.  For reports being submitted by cochairs on behalf of a committee, both cochairs should include the information and sign and date the report.
