Of special interest to Committee Members
This area provides members of committees that are
administered by AAMI with easy access to committee documents,
as well as the ability to review and make changes to their
contact information, or to verify their disclosure information
(AAMI technical committees, only). In addition,
Committee Central includes an on-line technical committee
membership application form, general information in the
Reference Library such as the AAMI Standards Program Policies
and Procedures Manual, and committee-specific information that
all visitors can view including staff contacts, committee
meeting dates, rosters, and lists of committee projects and
working documents.
The AAMI standards program consists of over 100 technical
committees and working groups that produce Standards,
Recommended Practices and Technical Information Reports for

AAMI Standards and Recommended Practices represent a
national consensus and many have been approved by the American
National Standards Institute (ANSI) as American National
Standards. AAMI also administers a number of
international technical committees of the International
Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International
Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), as well as U.S. Technical
Advisory Groups (TAGs). |
